Making Strides Against Breast Cancer WALK

Please join the LOMA Society of Greater New York Team on Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Sherwood Island State Park in Westport, Connecticut, to make a difference. (Registration 8:00 AM, Walk Start 10:00 AM)

The American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks raise awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer. Each event is a noncompetitive 3 to 5 mile walk that brings people together to make a difference for everyone who has been touched by breast cancer. The events raise money to fund innovative research, provide free information and support, and to help people reduce their breast cancer risk or find it early when most treatable.

Our goal is to raise $2,500 to support the fight against breast cancer and possibly field a team of 20 or so walkers on the big day. Please consider joining the walk with us as it will be a fun opportunity to get to know fellow members, as well as other colleagues and friends. If you cannot join the walk, please consider donating to our team to help us meet our $2,500 goal.

To become a team member as a walker, please follow the key instructions, noted below, to assist you on your quest:

3. Enter Email Address or continue with a Social Account.
4. Click on Your Fundraising and enter your fundraising goal.

7. Click on Your Contact Information and enter required information.
8. Click on SIGN UP.
9. Welcome to the Team!

If you are unable to walk with us, but would still like to donate and support the Team, please do the following:
